Slušný and R. Neruda Fig. 1. Example of 6+3 task. The biggest circle represents the robot, six smaller circles show distribution of wastes. The three squares are collectors. The goal of the robot is to collect wastes and minimize covered distance. In this example, robot can hold at most two wastes at a time. There have been several ways of tackling VRP problem using CP presented so far. Among the first pioneers in this field is considered to be the pursuit of Shaw [5] who used LDS methods with Large Neighborhood Search for capacitated VRP and VRP with time windows (VRPTW).

C. Chuan Fig. 1. Kano model of user satisfaction A mobile phone design experiment was conducted to demonstrate the benefits of using the proposed design decision-making support model to prioritize affective qualities for enhancing user satisfaction. 1 The Extended Kano Model User satisfaction has mostly been viewed as one-dimensional; that is, product attributes result in user satisfaction when the attributes are fulfilled and dissatisfaction when not fulfilled. However, fulfilling user expectations to a great extent does not necessarily imply a high level of user satisfaction.

Using only the weight determination methods may lead to misinterpretation regarding real user requirements, and hence, inappropriate resource allocation. Thus, this study proposes a design decision-making support model showing how to prioritize the qualities during the product development stage according to the result of Kano classification. The critical (affective) qualities of a product must be identified first, and an SD survey on existing products should be conducted to determine user evaluations of these qualities and overall satisfaction.
